How do I book a yacht experience with VivuPhuQuoc?
You can book easily by using our booking form at the bottom of this page, clicking ‘Book Now’, or contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +84988819461. We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially for private charters and custom decorations.
What is the cancellation policy for the yacht tours?
For shared sunset cruises, cancellations made 48 hours prior to departure receive a full refund. For private charters, cancellations made 7 days prior receive a full refund. Inside these windows, fees may apply depending on custom arrangements.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of sailing?
Safety is our absolute priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we will offer to reschedule your trip to the next available day or issue a 100% full refund.
Are children allowed on board the catamaran?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The catamaran is highly stable and safe. We provide specialized children’s life jackets which must be worn during cruising. Children under 3 years old join for free on shared tours.
I get seasick easily. Will I be fine on this yacht?
Our modern luxury catamaran uses a double-hull design which makes it exceptionally stable compared to standard monohull speedboats. Rolling motion is minimal. We also provide complementary high-quality seasickness medication at check-in.
Is food and drinks included on the tour?
Yes! Every tour includes complementary mineral water, soft drinks, fresh tropical fruits, and local snacks. Private charters have option to add BBQ seafood meals or customized catering. You can also bring your own bottles (corkage fee may apply).
Can we customize the sailing route on a private charter?
Absolutely. On private charters, you are the boss. The captain will discuss your interests (swimming, snorkeling, photography, or anchoring near quiet beaches) and customize the perfect route based on tides and winds.
Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
Complimentary luxury shuttle pickup is included for selected hotels in the Southern An Thoi/Sunset Town area. For hotels in Duong Dong, Ong Lang, or Ganh Dau, a small surcharge may apply. You can select your hotel in our booking form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (Vietnamese bank accounts), Visa/Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, and cash payments at the office or check-in marina. Deposits are required to secure private charters and decorators.
Do you provide snorkeling and safety equipment?
Yes, we provide high-quality snorkeling masks, snorkels, fins in various sizes, and certified life jackets for both adults and children. All safety equipment is maintained to international standards.
What is the maximum capacity of the catamaran?
For standard day cruises and comfort, our main catamaran comfortably hosts up to 15 guests for private charters. For larger corporate event packages, we have configurations and partner vessels that can host up to 30 or 40 guests.
Can we play our own music on board?
Yes, our catamaran is equipped with a high-end Bluetooth marine sound system. You can connect your phone or device and play your favorite custom playlists throughout the yacht.
Is there a restroom/toilet on board the yacht?
Yes, our catamaran features a fully equipped marine bathroom (electric toilet, sink, fresh water) and a changing area, ensuring full comfort and convenience during your sea trip.
What clothes should we wear on the yacht?
We recommend comfortable resort wear: swimwear, light cover-ups, shorts, T-shirts, sunglasses, and a sunhat. Please bring sunscreen. Barefoot is standard on deck for cleanliness and safety, so you can wear easy slip-on sandals.
Is there a professional photographer included?
Our crew is trained to take nice photos with your phone. However, for professional digital cameras or drone video shoots, we offer these as Optional Extras. You can request them during booking, and we will secure our partner photographers.
